Republican Party of Texas SREC Committeewoman Tisha Crow, former Odessa City Councilwoman Denise Swanner, and Ector County Hospital District Board President Wallace Dunn all three filed a false police report against me together on November 21, 2022, three days after my op-ed titled "The Real Fake News In Odessa" calling them out and talking about Wallace Dunn's violation of a Medical Center Hospital patient's HIPAA rights during COVID was published.

We did not know that first false police report existed until sometime in 2024, after the second one happened. The Odessa American (newspaper) uncovered it through public information requests after Tisha Crow made another false report targeting me on December 18, 2023, and then-Odessa City Manager John Beckmeyer (former Executive Director of the Republican Party of Texas) and the City of Odessa lied to Ken Paxton's office about it and tried to cover it up. Any intelligent person can see that Tisha Crow used the same tactic to commit both crimes: pretending to not know whose truck it was, pretending to look up tthe license plate or sending it to someone else, and pretending to be surprised when it was my personal vehicle. Why would she use the same tactic for the second crime? Because Tisha Crow had gotten away with it once already.

In the fall of 2023, the Tisha Crow-led Ector County Republican Party made a list of enemies to target. Among their enemies were prominent Odessa businessman Kirk Edwards (Latigo Petroleum), Tim Edgmon, and former Ector County Judge Debi Hays. Big money Republican donor Charles R. "Dick" Saulsbury was listed on their fundraising committee for the operation to target me and others. Dick's son Bubba Saulsbury is pictured in the White House in February 2025 with our new FBI Director Kash Patel listening to him speak.

Dick Saulsbury-funded ex-CIA Casey Gray is on video in 2021 claiming Capitol Police did not let protesters into the building on January 6, 2021, and that it was "literally an invasion". Saulsbury funded his campaign for State Rep in 2022. I and OGWA have been calling these people out since 2022.

I recorded all my phone calls with the Odessa Police Department on December 18, 2023, because something just seemed off when I got a call from them first thing in the morning. I have all those audio files and have distributed them to several friends, reporters, attorneys, and Members of Congress. 

 

My phone records confirm I was not in Odessa on the morning of December 18, 2023. The only possible chance these people have of creating any doubt in my story is if they can keep the location record of my truck buried. My Mom has already signed an affidavit stating that she saw my pickup in front of their house that morning around 7:00 AM as she left to teach school. Then-Mayor Javier Joven's texts to the Police Chief said my vehicle was in the area of East Odessa at 7:41AM. The City of Odessa withheld exculpatory evidence I requested through Public Information Requests dated December 18, 19, and 20, 2023.

Tisha Crow is a currently elected member of the Republican Party of Texas SREC.

​

Denise Swanner was a Odessa City Councilwoman at the time she lied to the police.

​

Wallace Dunn is the Ector County Hospital District Board President overseeing Medical Center Hospital.

​

John Beckmeyer is the former Executive Director of the Republican Party of Texas. He was personally involved in the December 18, 2023, false report made by Tisha Crow. Beckmeyer and the City of Odessa lied to Texas AG Ken Paxton's office about the crime and even tried to hide then-Mayor Javier Joven's name by labeling him a "confidential informant".

John's wife Teresa Beckmeyer is the political director for the very powerful Saulsbury Family of Odessa (Dick, Bubba, Matt, Mark, and Dianne). Big donors to lots of candidates and organizations across the country.

​

The Saulsbury Family endorsed and supported the people who filed false police reports against me and tried to cover them up, even after all the articles were published about their crimes.

​

Wallace Dunn said in an email he hired Harmeet Dhillon to sue me for defamation. The man who violated a patient's HIPAA rights and filed a false police report against me is being represented in court by President Trump's appointee to the federal Office of Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon's law firm. 

​

I have asked multiple times for Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton to investigate these people.  OGWA endorsed Paxton in 2022. Paxton's consultant Michelle Smith told me he's too busy to investigate the people who made the false reports to the police and covered them up. She later called me a liar via text after I quoted her calling John and Teresa Beckmeyer "evil".

I have asked candidate for Texas AG Aaron Reitz to get word to Ken Paxton and to hold these people accountable for their crimes. Reitz, then, accepted a campaign contribution from Bubba Saulsbury.

​

I have asked the FBI to simply pull the location record of my truck for the two dates these people claimed I was near their houses stalking them or burglarizing homes. Nothing.

​

I have tried for months to back channel this so as not to hurt President Trump. I love that man. I was standing 15 feet away from him when somebody tried to assassinate him. Believe me. I got a front row seat that day in Butler, PA, to how dirty politics really is.

​

I'm up against big money donors and corrupt elected officials who weaponized government against me. My attorney says Bubba Saulsbury is known to spend $500,000 on a lawsuit just to keep someone spinning and run them into bankruptcy.

​

I don't have $500,000. I have the truth. I need you to help me it out.
